Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event. Bookings are not confirmed until deposit is received. All deposits are non-refundable due to materials, scheduling, and blocking off your event time. Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may be rescheduled one time without penalty. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the full payment.We allow a 15-minute grace period for your arrival. After 15 minutes, the time will be deducted from your total experience. After 30 minutes, we reserve the right to pack up the picnic (with no refund) unless prior communication was made.You may bring your own food, drinks, or cake. $75 refundable security deposit required (returned within 24hrs/48hrs of items being returned clean & damage-free when booking a DIY Picnic. I understand a $75 refundable deposit will be collected separately and returned once items are inspected.

Extended Travel Fee Policy

Luxury Mirage Picnics proudly serves Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas. For events hosted outside our standard service zone, an additional travel fee will apply to accommodate transportation, setup, and coordination time:

  • Charleston, SC – $100–$150

  • Rock Hill, SC – $150–$200

  • Charlotte, NC – $175–$225

Travel fees are based on distance and event logistics and are non-refundable once travel arrangements have begun. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
