Cancellation Policy

Luxury Mirage Picnics | Booking Policies 50% payment is required to secure your date and time. Remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled picnic. Bookings made within 7 days require full payment at the time of booking. Cancellations within 7 days of your event are subject to the full booking price, and the remaining balance may be charged to the card on file. Cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled picnic will result in the full remaining balance being charged. Your date and time are reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute cancellations may prevent us from filling that reservation with another client. Weather-related concerns are handled separately, and we will always do our best to work with you on rescheduling. Clients are allowed one reschedule, subject to availability. Weather-related rescheduling is handled separately. 🌦️ Weather Policy Mother Nature has a mind of her own! We always do our best to work with our guests when weather affects their picnic. If weather becomes a concern, we’re happy to work with you to reschedule your experience based on availability. Our goal is to make sure you still get the Luxury experience you’re looking forward to! ✨ Your picnic is a 2-hour experience. Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled time. Custom permits, photography, transportation, gratuity, additional food/decor, and extra time are not included unless added in advance. Special requests are welcome and may require an additional fee. Clients are responsible for any damage or missing items caused by themselves or their guests. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all Luxury Mirage Picnics policies and cancellation terms.
