A luxury picnic experience crafted especially for kids aged 4–10, offering playful elegance, comfort, and Instagram-worthy details. Perfect for birthdays, family trips, or special celebrations, this package keeps kids entertained, safe, and delighted while parents relax and enjoy a stress-free luxury setup. Includes styled kid friendly picnic table set up, pillows , blankets, Chalkboard/welcome sign, umbrella, charcuterie board, water and kid friend mocktail , games, bug spray , speaker and sunscreen.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all picnic bookings. In the event of inclement weather, clients may reschedule once at no additional cost if notice is provided within 72 hours of the scheduled picnic. Weather-related decisions are made at the discretion of Luxury Mirage Picnics. Inclement weather includes rain, high winds, thunderstorms, extreme temperatures, or unsafe beach conditions. Deposits are non-refundable, and once set-up has begun, no refunds or reschedules will be offered. Rescheduled picnics must be completed within 90 days of the original date and are subject to availability. Alcohol is not included with our picnic experiences, as all setup locations are alcohol-free. Custom permits, professional photography, transportation, gratuity, and any additional food, décor, or time beyond the scheduled two-hour experience are not included unless added in advance. Special requests are always welcome and may be accommodated for an additional fee, based on availability.
