What’s Included With All Luxury Mirage Picnics Every Luxury Mirage Picnic is thoughtfully curated to provide a seamless, stylish, and stress-free experience. Each picnic booking includes: Luxury picnic table setup Elegant table décor (table runner, florals, and styled accents) Individual pillow seating for each guest Cozy blankets for comfort Mini charcuterie snack tray per individual Water & Lemonade Plates, utensils, and glassware Linen napkins Ice bucket with ice Hand sanitizer Chalkboard with special Bluetooth speaker Games for entertainment Sun protection (umbrella or canopy, weather permitting) Full setup and breakdown service
Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all picnic bookings. In the event of inclement weather, clients may reschedule once at no additional cost if notice is provided within 72 hours of the scheduled picnic. Weather-related decisions are made at the discretion of Luxury Mirage Picnics. Inclement weather includes rain, high winds, thunderstorms, extreme temperatures, or unsafe beach conditions. Deposits are non-refundable, and once set-up has begun, no refunds or reschedules will be offered. Rescheduled picnics must be completed within 90 days of the original date and are subject to availability. Alcohol is not included with our picnic experiences, as all setup locations are alcohol-free. Custom permits, professional photography, transportation, gratuity, and any additional food, décor, or time beyond the scheduled two-hour experience are not included unless added in advance. Special requests are always welcome and may be accommodated for an additional fee, based on availability.
