Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your picnic date and time. No booking is confirmed until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled event date. Bookings made within 7 days of the event date require full payment at the time of booking. No deposit option is available for last-minute reservations. Cancellations If a client cancels within 7 days of the scheduled event, the full balance remains due, and the card on file will be charged for any outstanding amount. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of the 50% retainer. Weather & Rescheduling Policy We understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable. Clients are permitted one complimentary reschedule due to inclement weather, subject to availability. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee and are not guaranteed. Guest Count Changes Any changes to the final guest count must be submitted no later than 7 days before the event. We cannot guarantee accommodations for last-minute additions. Arrival Time Please arrive at your scheduled event time. Late arrivals will not result in an extension of the picnic duration unless approved in advance. Additional fees may apply for approved time extensions. Damages & Missing Items The client is responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, or theft of rental equipment caused by guests during the event. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the card on file. Setup & Cleanup Our team will handle all setup and breakdown services. Clients are asked to leave all rental items in their original setup area at the conclusion of the event. What's Included & Additional Services Alcohol is not included with our picnic experiences, as all setup locations are alcohol-free. The following services are not included unless added in advance: Custom permits Professional photography Transportation services Gratuities Additional food or beverages Extra décor or specialty styling Additional time beyond the scheduled two-hour picnic experience We love bringing your vision to life. Special requests are always welcome and may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability. Agreement By booking with Luxe Picnics & Events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Luxury Mirage Picnics reserves the right to update these policies at any time.
